Does our message provide the relevant information needed by a particular reader? That&#039;s most important.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is not unlike business etiquette essentially being most focused on caring about others. It&#039;s not social rules alone - they are the framework for the larger goal, much like grammar and syntax are the framework for business communication.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m so glad we can support each other&#039;s primary mission - better interaction in the workplace. It helps everyone.</description>
