How Quickly Do You Respond to E-mail and V-mail?

A recent survey of readers from SmartBrief on Leadership found that 21% respond to their e-mails and voice mails on the same day. Another 56% respond within 24 hours of receiving the communication.

With over 75% responding in 24 hours or less, clearly that is good for the receiver – customer or colleague.

What is your response time?

I wonder if there is a distinct business advantage for the 21% responding on the same day.
